The morning wasn’t much different from other mornings. I was alone. I felt alone. Yes, morning as usual as any other morning I’ve had in the past few months. Morning as usual as it could get in my current life. Morning as usual as… as mornings used to be before I ran away from home. Let’s not pretend otherwise anymore. My moving across the ocean to a new country wasn’t anything else but one last attempt to run away, to break free, to live.
